Seeking Hood River Couchsurf/exchange 1-2 nights per week

I am an engineer in Portland working p/t at Meadows. My home is in NW PDX/Nob Hill, but since I will be spending weekends at Meadows, I am seeking a place to sleep between snowdays that saves me the commute to and from the city.

Ideally, you have a furnished guest room, STR, or couch and a shower that I could use on some Wednesdays, most Thursdays, or some Fridays throughout the winter season. I would essentially use the place only to sleep, being back from work at 17:30 and out again at 5:30. Not interested in partying, but capable of being social. I would not be leaving anything when I am not around, and the specific nights could be figured out in advance (I’m a clear communicator, some weeks it might be Wed/Thu, just Thu, or Thu/Fri).

Arrangements would be highly flexible. I can’t sign a monthly contract or lease. I could offer cash per night and/or an exchange of some kind, including carpooling (AWD & studded tires) for other Meadows employees/visitors or reciprocal occasional use of my guest sofa bed in Portland.

I am 26, male, from Michigan, in Portland the last two years, and learning to ski this winter. I am a wilderness-oriented individual. I have never had roommates to give references, but my Airbnb reviews are great. I have a couchsurfing profile too.
